The Perform Series Back Extension is designed to target the erector spinae muscles through a smooth, controlled extension movement. The lumbar roller pad and pivoting back pad ensure comfort throughout the full range of motion, minimising the possibility of excessive extension whilst the movement arm is designed to eliminate common dead spots found in similar machines.
