Shipping & Returns Policy
1) Shipping of products
- All of our products are based in the UK.
- Order before 3pm for same-day dispatch.
- If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours please contact us.
- Once dispatched you will receive tracking information. If you do not receive tracking details within 2-5 days please contact us.
- Delivery lead times vary depending on the size of your order and your geographical location.
- Please contact us if you are looking for a quote outside of the United Kingdom.

1.2 Understanding dispatch and delivery dates:
- Dispatch date: This is the date when your order leaves our warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification.
- Delivery date: This is the estimated date when your order will arrive at your specified delivery address. The delivery date depends on the shipping method and your location.
1.3 Key points to remember:
Shipping methods: We offer various shipping options, and the delivery date will vary based on the shipping method.
Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2) Returns Policy
We are proud of the products we sell and the reviews given by our customers. In the rare case you need to request a return please see our policy guidelines below:
- Goods will only be accepted for return under the following conditions provided they have not been specially ordered and manufactured. Before returning goods, telephone authorization must be obtained within 30 days of receipt of goods. Goods must then be returned within 14 working days from the date the customer informed 925Health they wanted to return the goods. The delivery note/invoice number must be included on the return advice. The goods must be in their original packaging, in a clean, resalable condition. 925Health will not be responsible for return postage and packing unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Except when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied all returned goods will be subject to a 20% handling charge, with a minimum charge of £10 plus to cover administration costs. If the packaging is damaged an additional cost flat rate of £2.50 will apply to cover repacking costs.

3) Cancellations Policy
- Customers may request to cancel an order anytime before the item is dispatched.
- Please note due to the nature of our fast delivery times, orders are usually dispatched on the same day.
- If the customer cancels an order after the item is dispatched, the customer must receive the order and then return back to the original location with tracking evidence.
- The customer must not open or use the product. If returned without following these guidelines then a refund may not be accepted.
- Once the item is returned in its original condition, a refund will be issued.
3) Returns Shipping

4) Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment up to or around 10 days.
- Items which require bespoke production will not be applicable for a refund.
5 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
