1) Shipping of products

  1. All of our products are based in the UK.
  2. All of our products come with free UK delivery.
  3. If your product does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please get in touch or email us at: customersupport@925health.com
  4. Depending on where you live, the time it may take extra for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

2) Returns Policy

We are proud of the products we sell and the reviews given by our customers. In the rare case you need to request a return please see our policy guidelines below:

  1. Products have a 30-day return period (on top of delivery date) for any reason as long as the product is unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags and labels.
  2. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase from the shop, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  3. All of our products are eligible for free returns within 30 days.
  4. All of our products are eligible for free returns if they arrive damaged or not as described on our website.
  5. To request a return please contact us at customersupport@925health.com
  6. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  7. The above terms do not apply to any items which come with a stated warranty.

Products cannot be returned or refunded under the following circumstances:

  • If the size is incorrect for clothing – sizing information is provided for each product and it is up to the customer to ensure they read and select the correct size before purchase.
  • If the item has been used, washed and does not contain original packaging.
  • If the customer is not happy with the colour of the product.
  • If the customer decides they no longer want the product after 30 days from delivery

3) Cancellations Policy

  • Customers may request to cancel an order anytime before the item is dispatched.
  • Please note due to the nature of our fast delivery times, orders are usually dispatched on the same day.
  • If the customer cancels an order after the item is dispatched, the customer must receive the order and then return back to the original location with tracking evidence.
  • The customer must not open or use the product. If returned without following these guidelines then a refund may not be accepted.
  • Once the item is returned in its original condition, a refund will be issued.

3) Returns Shipping

To return your product, you should mail to the following address:

It is recommended you purchase shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and if we do not receive the item we cannot process a refund or exchange.

 4) Exchanges (if applicable)

  1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customersupport@925health.com and send your item to: 925 Health, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ
  2. If there are no suitable replacement items available, we will consider issuing a full refund.
  3. 925 Health does not manufacture or produce the exercise equipment it sells on the website, therefore is not responsible for any warranty issues. The user/customer should reach out directly to the manufacturer regarding warranty issues for these products.

 5) Refunds (if applicable)

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  3. Items which require bespoke production will not be applicable for a refund.

 6) Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customersupport@925health.com
