4ft EZ Curl Barbell Specifications

EZ Curl bars allow your hands and wrists to sit in a more natural position when doing lifts making them more comfortable to use than straight bars. This can help to reduce the chance of developing strains and pains over time.

Adding Weights

The barbells have 16cm of space at each end for adding weights and are made from steel for heavy-duty workouts. This gives you plenty of space to work with so you can set them up to suit your workout. Included in your pack are also 2 spinlocks. They spin tight to ensure that you can lift in confidence, as they hold everything in place securely.

Heavy Duty

Our 4ft EZ Barbell weighs 5.15kg before adding any weights, and knurled sections along the bar make sure you always have a good grip.
